Edition 2025 — Tirrimulliru Festival
The 2025 edition of the Tirrimulliru Festival confirmed its early December appointment in the historic center of Randazzo. The event, promoted by the Municipality, offered tastings of the typical tirrimulliru, a biscuit made with cooked wine, walnuts, hazelnuts, and cinnamon, alongside other traditional local sweets.
Among the lava stones of the village, Christmas markets featuring handicrafts and gifts, artisan nativity scene exhibitions, and stalls with typical products from the Etna and Nebrodi regions were held: cheeses, cured meats, preserves, dried fruits, wines, and oils from local producers. The festival thus renewed the bond between Randazzo and its signature confectionery, promoting the town as a gastronomic destination for the Sicilian winter.
