Edition 2025 — The Milk Supply Chain
In the summer of 2025, The Milk Supply Chain once again brought participants to the Upega pasture, a hamlet of Briga Alta (CN). Starting from Viozene, the day combined a rustic breakfast, milking demonstrations, a cheesemaking workshop with the herdsmen, and a lunch featuring cheese, butter, and ricotta, confirming the long-standing tradition of this summer event in the Upper Tanaro Valley.
2025 Edition
The 2025 edition of The Milk Supply Chain took place in August on the Madonna della Neve pasture, above Upega, in the Municipality of Briga Alta (province of Cuneo). Meeting in Viozene, participants reached the pasture for a rustic breakfast, milking trials, a cheesemaking workshop with the shepherds, and a lunch featuring dairy products. The initiative, organized by the Pro Loco of Upega, renewed the Brigasca community's bond with mountain pastoralism.
