Edition 2025 — Giorno della Santarosa
The 2025 edition
On Thursday, August 28, 2025, Conca dei Marini hosted the second edition of the Giorno della Santarosa, organized by La Compagnia della Santarosa APS together with the Municipality and the Santarosa Pastry Cup team. The culinary journey stretched from the Santa Rosa church to Piazza Olmo, crossing the village's narrow streets.
Who was there
In the kitchen, ten chefs, including Alfonso Crescenzo and Peppe Guida; in the pastry section, eight masters, with Andrea and Nicola Pansa among the protagonists, engaged in as many interpretations of the Santarosa sfogliatella. The entertainment was entrusted to the Associazione Odissea and the Promenade a Sud project, with the "Assud" concert and the participation of Giovanni Mauriello.
The result
The participation contribution, set at 30 euros as a minimum donation, included an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a slice of pizza, three desserts, and drinks. The collection exceeded 35,000 euros, which were then allocated to the Costa d'Amalfi hospital, research on Lafora disease, the "Conca Cardioprotetta" project, and the Santa Rosa church.
