Christmas in San Bonifacio
As winter arrives, San Bonifacio (province of Verona) dresses up for "La Favola del Natale", the grand Christmas event that animates Piazza Costituzione and the historic center with lights, music, and traditions from late November until Epiphany. A widespread program designed to involve the entire community during the most magical weeks of the year.
Ice Rink, Markets, and Train
The heart of the event is the ice skating rink, set up in Piazza Costituzione and open throughout the Christmas season. On Sundays in December, the town center fills with stalls from the Christmas markets, offering crafts and local products, while the Christmas train connects the shopping center to the square, much to the delight of children.
Ice and Theatre Shows
The event features a rich calendar of ice shows — from "Frozen" to "Babbo Nataline" — and initiatives like "La Stella di San Bonifacio". At the Teatro Centrale, "The Nutcracker" is also staged, a classic show for families. Promoted by the Municipality of San Bonifacio along with the Commerce District and the Pro Loco, "La Favola del Natale" is now a tradition that brightens the winter of the Veronese town.
