Superior Wine Exhibition of the Hills of Corbanese

A winemaking tradition of the Treviso hills

The Superior Wine Exhibition of the Hills is one of the most established wine events in the Alta Marca Trevigiana. It takes place in Corbanese, a hamlet of the municipality of Tarzo (province of Treviso), and celebrates the wines of the hills surrounding the town, in a territory that is an integral part of the Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene area.

Wines, gastronomy, and themed evenings

For about two weeks, the gastronomic stand of the Pro Loco Corbanese is open with evenings dedicated to the flavors of the region: from cod to beef stew, from stewed cuttlefish to steak, up to the traditional spit-roast. The evenings are accompanied by live music, dance orchestras, and convivial moments, in a celebration that combines the culture of wine with that of good peasant cuisine.

Part of the Prosecco Spring circuit

The exhibition is included in the calendar of the Primavera del Prosecco Superiore (Prosecco Spring), the event that has been promoting wine exhibitions in the hilly villages of Treviso for decades. Among the collateral initiatives are guided walks through the vineyards and hills culminating in sunset tastings, and special evenings with food and wine pairings. An opportunity to discover Corbanese, Tarzo, and their vineyard landscapes, recognized as part of a highly valuable area.
