Edition 2025 — Stoccafisso of San Ciriaco
5th Edition (2025)
The fifth edition of the Stoccafisso Festival of San Ciriaco was held in Ancona from May 2nd to 12th, 2025, with the participation of thirty restaurants from the capital and the province. The novelty of this edition was the expansion to venues on the coast (Falconara, Portonovo, Numana) and in the hinterland (Staffolo, Camerano, Morro d'Alba, Jesi).
The agreed unique menu for 30 euros included 300 grams of 'stoccafisso' with potatoes, bread, a glass of wine, and coffee. On May 4th, the patron saint's day of San Ciriaco, the Mole Vanvitelliana hosted the conference 'Lo stoccafisso in tavola' (Stoccafisso on the table), dedicated to pairings of the dish with local wines and olive oil.
