Organized by the local Pro Loco, the festival enlivens Piazza Risorgimento for a weekend, transforming it into a large open-air hall where Romagnola conviviality is best expressed around the table.

Spaghetti: The Star of the Show

As the name suggests, the symbolic dish of the festival is spaghetti, cooked and served on the spot by volunteers managing the stalls.
