Sordio in Festa is the big summer festival of Sordio, a small municipality in the province of Lodi, in the Bassa Lombarda region. For two weeks in June, the town's sports center transforms into an evening meeting point, where music, dancing, and gastronomy liven up the early summer evenings, a tradition that the Pro Loco renews every year with great participation.

Orchestras, bands, and dancing nights

The heart of the event is the musical evenings: dance orchestras, live bands, dance shows, and DJ sets alternate to offer a program capable of satisfying all ages, from traditional ballroom music to more modern sounds. The dancing nights, in particular, are the hallmark of festivals in the Lodi plain, where dancing together has always been an occasion for celebration and meeting.

Gastronomy and conviviality

Accompanying the music are the Pro Loco's food stalls, with dishes from Lombard cuisine and specialties that make every evening a convivial occasion. Sordio in Festa is the time when the town comes together outdoors, between a course and a dance, enjoying the long summer evenings in company.
