Sorbara Cotechino Festival

In 2025, the Sorbara Cotechino Festival in Sorbara di Asola was held at the end of August, with two evenings from 5:00 PM to midnight. The classic 1950s country festival-style setup of the village was confirmed, with agricultural carts, old tools, and animals. On the menu was local cotechino alongside risotto, handmade pumpkin tortelli, braised meat with polenta, cured meats, tripe, and homemade desserts, accompanied by lambrusco and craft beers. In the evening, live music and an open-air dance floor. Organized by the 'Amici di Sorbara' with the patronage of the Municipality of Asola.
