In Lissone, a city in the province of Monza and Brianza, Piazza Mercato transforms into a corner of Sicily for three days. The Sicilian Festival is a journey through the island's flavours, aromas, and traditions, organized by A' Vucciria Street Food, a company specializing in bringing Sicilian gastronomic culture to travelling events throughout Italy.

The stands offer the best of Sicilian street food: arancini, mixed fried items, pane ca' meusa, stigghiola, pasta with sardines, and the great traditional desserts, from cannoli to cassate. Accompanying the dishes are craft beers and wines from the island. An opportunity to rediscover the authentic tastes of Sicily without leaving Lombardy.

Guest Tony Sperandeo

Enhancing the event is the presence of Palermo-born actor Tony Sperandeo, a well-known face in Italian cinema, available for selfies and autographs with the public. A touch of entertainment added to the festival's folklore and fun.
