Christmas Lights Up in Meda

Aspettando il Natale is the event that officially opens the Christmas festivities in Meda, a Municipality in the Province of Monza and Brianza. It takes place on December 8th, the day of the Immaculate Conception, and enlivens the city center between Piazza Municipio, Via Solferino, Piazza Cavour, and Via Cialdini. The event is organized by the Culture Office of the Municipality of Meda.

A Day of Celebration

Throughout the day, the center is filled with music, entertainment, and Christmas atmosphere. Volunteer associations and activities bring every corner to life: from the inflatable igloo to Santa Claus's House, from the Elves' Post Office to character mascots for children. Shopping takes place among stalls of artisans and hobbyists, offering typical products, sweets, and delicious treats.

Activities for Children

Ample space is dedicated to the little ones, with workshops and activities designed for families: cookie decorating, creative workshops, face painting, and animator elves. Widespread Christmas music and street performers accompany the day, creating the perfect atmosphere to get into the holiday spirit.

Opening the Festivities

With "Aspettando il Natale," Meda kicks off the Christmas initiatives that will animate the center in the following weeks. Free admission makes it a day open to all.
