The Settimane dello Sport di Rho are the major event that, for two weeks, ignites the entire city (Metropolitan City of Milan) with exhibitions, tournaments, and challenges dedicated to the numerous disciplines present in the area. Squares, streets, and sports facilities become the stage for a widespread event that involves sports clubs, schools, families, and thousands of athletes.
«The future trains today»
The chosen slogan, «Il futuro si allena oggi», reflects the event's philosophy: putting young people and their dreams at the centre, alongside champions connected to the city. The event's posters indeed celebrate prominent athletes from Rho alongside younger ones, in an ideal passing of the baton between generations.
Many disciplines, one community
The programme is extensive and varied: from rhythmic gymnastics to 3-on-3 football, from fencing to motorcycling, as well as many other disciplines represented by local sports organisations. The event also includes appointments that have become a classic of the city's calendar. The Settimane dello Sport are above all an occasion for gathering and celebration, in which Rho celebrates the educational and social value of sport.
Settimane dello Sport — edition 2026
From May 23 to June 7, 2026, Rho experiences two weeks entirely dedicated to sport. The edition involves approximately four thousand athletes and opens with the celebration of the Moto Club Rho's 80th anniversary and the motorcycle tourism event «Motoincontro Città di Rho».
The slogan «Il futuro si allena oggi» accompanies posters featuring champions linked to the city—including Laura Paris, Riccardo Lorello, Enrico Garozzo, and Juan David Sierra—alongside young athletes. Among the events are the inauguration in Piazza Visconti with rhythmic gymnastics and 3-on-3 football in Piazza San Vittore.
