Secolare, musical discovery at the foot of the Alta Murgia

Secolare is a music discovery festival that transforms the countryside of Corato, in the Province of Bari, into a space for listening and connection every summer. The event is held at Agriturismo San Giuseppe, at the gateway to the Alta Murgia National Park, one of the most evocative natural landscapes in Apulia. It is not just an open-air concert, but an immersive experience that weaves together experimental music, nature, the body, and community.

The 2026 edition: "Metamorphosis"

The fourth edition, scheduled from August 6 to 9, 2026, is titled Metamorphosis: change understood not as a rupture, but as a living, continuous process that transforms inner landscapes just as much as collective ones. Four days, 45 events, and a program ranging from electronic and ambient to post-punk and radical sound experimentation.

An international line-up

The 2026 musical program brings together leading names from the international and Italian scenes. Among the announced artists:

• Marie Davidson, Gigi Masin, Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp, Sorry, Aya, Barker, PVA, Dialect, Inude;
• Fine Before You Came, Radwan Ghazi Moumneh & Frédéric D. Oberland, Alessandro "Asso" Stefana, Sary Moussa, She's Analog, Trrmà;
• DJ sets by Cloud Danko, Can't Tag This, Mars, Vinxanity, Cassette PM, and the Collettivo Ortica.

More than just music: nature, body, and conviviality

Secolare is also an invitation to experience the Alta Murgia in a slow and conscious way. Alongside the stages, the program offers trekking, yoga, horseback riding, and cycling excursions, sports and team games, theater shows, and performances, as well as talks and moments of conviviality in the Love March Tent, the yurt dedicated to conversation. An area is reserved for children's activities, making the experience accessible to the whole family.

Camping under the Murgia stars

The festival formula includes camping in the Full Pass: you sleep in the heart of nature, extending the experience beyond the concerts. It is this combination of music, landscape, and community life that has made Secolare a recognizable fixture in the Apulian festival scene.

Organization and support

Secolare is promoted by Spore Società Cooperativa Impresa Sociale with the Pro Loco Quadratum APS of Corato, with the patronage of the Alta Murgia National Park, the Municipality of Corato, UNPLI Puglia, and the GAL Le Città di Castel del Monte, and the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Apulia Region. The media partner for the 2026 edition is Rai Radio 3.
