Scrippella all'Olio Festival

The 5th edition of the Scrippella all'Olio Festival was held in Faieto di Cortino (Teramo) from Thursday, August 28 to Sunday, August 31, 2025. For four days, the mountain village celebrated the scrippella all'olio, a thin sheet made only of flour, water, and oil, offered in numerous variations filled with typical products such as Solina flour and Alto Tordino oil.

The program alternated between food stalls, cooking shows with local chefs and guests, live music, performances, and entertainment for children, in conjunction with the patronal feast of Saint Andrew. The event, organized by the Pro Loco Faieto APS led by Vanessa Marini, attracted visitors even from the Teramo coast, confirming itself as one of the most genuine gastronomic events in the hinterland.
