The 2025 edition: the 28th Festival

The 28th edition of the Santa Ninfa Sausage Festival was held on August 9 and 10, 2025, confirming its status as the premier summer event in the Trapani municipality. With 42 stalls managed by local businesses and over 60,000 attendees, the event focused on artisanal Belìce sausage, displaying for the first time detailed traceability data for the entire supply chain, from pig farming to processing.

Alongside the classic sausage and its variations, the stalls offered arancine, busiate, warm ricotta, traditional pastries, and international influences such as Venezuelan arepas and empanadas. The weekend was completed by live music until late at night, free visits to the "Nino Cordio" Museum and the Emigration Museum, and the grand closing fireworks display. The event, organized by the Municipality of Santa Ninfa with local merchants, confirmed its role as a showcase for the agri-food products of the Belìce Valley.
