Craft beer and live music in the enchanted forest of Monte Marenzo
Among the trees of Parco Penne Nere, in Monte Marenzo, in the Province of Lecco, San Paol in Fest (SPIF) comes to life every summer, one of the most evocative festivals in Valle San Martino. Its unique feature is the location: an enchanted natural park, managed by the Alpini of Monte Marenzo, reachable only on foot, which provides a unique backdrop for three days of beer, music, and good food.
The heart of the festival is craft beer, carefully selected each year from the best regional productions. The goal is to offer quality and variety through a wide selection of taps, enhanced by special beers that change every evening. A tasting journey designed for enthusiasts and for those who want to discover the best of the local brewing scene.
The evenings are enlivened by live music, with a multi-genre lineup ranging from rock to punk, from reggae to singer-songwriter, hosting established bands from the Italian scene. The cuisine, prepared on-site by the Andech staff, offers regional dishes such as casoncelli bergamaschi and grilled meats, with alternative menus for vegetarians and vegans.
Since the summer of 2012, San Paol in Fest has been the main event of the association APS Andech. Year after year, thanks to the uniqueness and magic of its forest setting, the festival has won an ever-wider audience, extending its fame far beyond the borders of Valle San Martino. Entry is strictly free, true to the spirit of sharing that animates the event.
In 2026, APS Andech renews the summer appointment with San Paol in Fest, the festival that animates the enchanted forest of Parco Penne Nere in Monte Marenzo. Selected craft beer, multi-genre live music, and on-site prepared cuisine—with vegetarian and vegan menus—characterize the event, which has free admission.
The precise dates and the musical lineup for the 2026 edition will be published by APS Andech closer to the event.
The detailed program for the 2026 edition, with dates and guest bands, will be announced by APS Andech in the preceding weeks. The usual structure includes:
