Born from the webzine Metalitalia.com, the Metalitalia.com Festival has become over the years one of the most anticipated events for extreme music enthusiasts in Italy. The venue for the event is the Live Music Club in Trezzo sull'Adda, a historic club in the Metropolitan City of Milan overlooking the Adda river, which celebrates thirty years of activity in 2026.
Two days (plus the eve)
The format is a multi-day festival: two main dates at the Live Music Club, preceded by a Warm Up Party held at Bloom in Mezzago, another temple of live music in the area. International headliners and Italian bands alternate on stage, with special shows and celebrations of historic albums.
Not just concerts
In addition to music, the festival offers free meet & greets with artists, a metal market with records, clothing, and merchandise, and Metalitalia Ink, the area dedicated to tattoos and body art. A format designed to experience the weekend as a gathering of the metal community, not just a series of concerts.
Trezzo sull'Adda
The Municipality of Trezzo sull'Adda, in the province of Milan, is known for its Visconti castle and the Taccani hydroelectric power plant on the Adda river. The Live Music Club has made it a regular stop for metal tours in Italy over the years, convenient to reach from both Milan and the Bergamo area.
Metalitalia Festival — edition 2026
For 2026, the Metalitalia.com Festival returns to the Live Music Club in Trezzo sull'Adda, which celebrates thirty years of activity that year. Two days of concerts preceded by the traditional Friday Warm Up Party at Bloom in Mezzago. Among the announced names are Paradise Lost with a special "by request" show with a setlist chosen by fans, Amenra, the Swiss band Coroner as headliners, Cynic focusing on "Focus" and "Traced in Air", and Sadist celebrating the thirtieth anniversary of the album "Tribe".

How to get there
The Live Music Club is located at Via Giuseppe Mazzini 58 in Trezzo sull'Adda (MI). By car, it can be reached from the A4 Milan-Bergamo motorway (Trezzo sull'Adda exit). A partner hotel with shuttle service for festival-goers is available.
