San Martino – S prov e s'appil

On Saturday 22 November 2025, from 7:30 PM, Corso Roma and the historic centre of Roseto Valfortore (FG) provided the backdrop for the 2025 edition of S prov e s'appil, the St. Martin's evening dedicated to traditional flavours.

Visitors were able to follow a route through the flavours of Roseto cuisine, with specialities such as cavatelli with pumpkin, truffle and caciocavallo risotto, and fried potatoes, peppers, and sausage, accompanied by the new wine of the St. Martin's season. The evening was enlivened by the musical selections of DJ Mascolo and the festive atmosphere of the village, one of the most beautiful in Italy in the Monti Dauni, in the Province of Foggia.
