San Francesco Festival in Carbonare

The 2025 San Francesco Festival was held in Carbonare, a hamlet of Folgaria on the Alpe Cimbra (Trentino), from Friday, October 3 to Sunday, October 5. Organized by the Gruppo Giovani Carbonare, it offered three days of Trentino gastronomy and entertainment for all ages.

Friday, October 3: opening of the marquee and bar in the afternoon, kitchens open in the evening, and karaoke and piano bar with Ennio. Saturday, October 4: a day dedicated to families, with activities and snacks for children, a musical fairy tale in the afternoon, live music in the evening, and the new briscola tournament. Sunday, October 5: Holy Mass of Saint Francis in the morning, music throughout the day, a magic show, the foosball tournament, and the lottery draw to close the event.

On the menu were the staples of mountain cuisine: tripe, goulash, luganega sausage and polenta, tonco del pontesel, sandwiches, and chips, all accompanied by beer.
