Il màsaro de Salsàn
The symbolic dish is the màsaro, the male duck (male farmyard duck) traditionally raised in the area's farmyards and consumed precisely at the Saint Bartholomew's feast. The "Màsaro de Salsàn" competition is dedicated to its rediscovery, celebrating a specialty linked to the ancient Venetian rural civilization.
Stands, funfair, and fireworks
The event features a food stand, a large funfair, competitions, and shows, and concludes with the final fireworks display. There is also a religious procession in honor of the patron saint.
