About San Biagio Fair

Born in 1278, the San Biagio Agricultural and Agri-food Fair of Bovolone is one of the oldest fairs in the Veneto region. Every year, between January and February, Piazzale Aldo Moro transforms into a large showcase of agriculture and agri-food products: agricultural machinery, an enogastronomic pavilion, show cooking, an educational farm, a funfair, and street food. It is a landmark not only for the Verona area but for the entire Veneto region, where short supply chains and zero-kilometer products are the stars.

A fair over 740 years old

The San Biagio Agricultural and Agri-food Fair in Bovolone, in the province of Verona, dates back to 1278: in 2026, it will reach its 747th edition, making it one of the longest-running fairs in the Veneto region. A historic event that attracts exhibitors and visitors from all over the region each year.

Agriculture and agri-food take center stage

Piazzale Aldo Moro hosts the large exhibition of agricultural machinery, the enogastronomic pavilion, and producers' stands, with a particular focus on the short supply chain and zero-kilometer products from the area. Among the specialties, you'll find tastasal, a typical dish of Veronese tradition.

Taste, show cooking, and families

Among the highlights of recent editions is the Taste Village with show cooking and Taste Shows led by chef Stefano Cantiero. For families, there's an educational farm, a tourist train, a funfair, and entertainment areas for children, as well as street food and an artisan market. The event is organized by the Municipality of Bovolone with the Pro Loco and Studio Grandi Eventi.
