San Baudolino Fair 2025

The 39th edition of the San Baudolino Fair was held in Alessandria on November 8-9, 2025, with great public success. The streets and squares of the historic center hosted stalls and exhibitors dedicated to the agri-food excellence of the territory.

The protagonists of the 2025 edition were truffles, cheeses, cured meats, honey, Slow Food Presidia such as the San Giovanni cabbage and the Merella chickpeas, and Municipal Denomination specialties like the rabatòn from Litta Parodi and the agnolotti from Alessandria. At the Chamber of Commerce, "The Court of Taste" space was set up, with the awarding of the best truffles in the late morning. The event confirmed the city's deep bond with its patron saint and the gastronomic traditions of the Monferrato area.
