The summer rock of Alto Milanese

SamaRock is the summer music festival that enlivens the hamlet of San Macario, in Samarate, in the province of Varese. For four evenings in July, the festival area in via Aspesi becomes an open-air stage dedicated to live rock, with bands, covers, and tributes spanning genres and decades.

Music, beer, and barbecue

The formula is the tried-and-tested one for summer festivals: the food stand opens at 7:00 PM and the music starts at 9:00 PM. You can eat, drink, and listen to good music in company, in an informal atmosphere suitable for all ages. The lineup alternates evenings of rock revival, country-rock, and tributes to the great names of international rock.

A local event

SamaRock is organized by the Municipality of Samarate in collaboration with the Pro Loco and has free admission. It represents one of the liveliest events of the Samarate summer, capable of attracting music lovers and families to the setting of the San Macario hamlet.
