Salam 'd Patata Festival

The 21st edition of the Salam 'd Patata Festival was held in Settimo Rottaro from January 24 to 26, 2025. Friday opened with the rural walk by the Walking Group and a dinner at the Palasagra featuring cured meats, polenta, and gorgonzola, followed by musical entertainment with Spank DJ 77. On Saturday, the Pro Loco offered Dragon Eggs and sweet fritters in the square, while the Square Tavern served polenta and stew; in the afternoon, the conference "The Food District: an opportunity for the territory and producers" took place, followed in the evening by the "Sen-a dal Purcat" dinner with pork dishes and Calabrian influences. Finally, Sunday was dedicated to culinary traditions with pork butchery demonstrations, taverns open in the historic districts, and the traditional lunch at the Palasagra.
