The Saint Valentine's Festival in Corlanzone

The Saint Valentine's Festival is the traditional winter festival of the hamlet of Corlanzone, in the Municipality of Alonte, in the province of Vicenza. It takes place in February, coinciding with Saint Valentine's Day, and has now reached almost forty editions, a sign of a deeply rooted tradition in the local community.

Food and Dancing

The heart of the festival is the rich food stand, where you can taste traditional Vicenza dishes: bigoli, polenta, and other seasonal specialties. The evenings are enlivened by ballroom dancing and group dances with a DJ, in a festive atmosphere that attracts dance enthusiasts from all over the area.

Solidarity and Tradition

The traditional charity raffle is also a moment of solidarity that has always accompanied the festival. Organized by the Pro Loco of Corlanzone, the festival represents the most anticipated event of the winter for the small village in the Basso Vicentino, capable of bringing together different generations around the village traditions.
