Saint John's Tortellata in Gotra

In 2025, the Saint John's Tortellata in Gotra confirmed the usual appointment with the gastronomic tradition of Saint John's Eve. The stars of the evening were the herb tortelli — pasta filled with ricotta, herbs, and Parmigiano Reggiano, dressed with melted butter — served during the dinner held in the hamlet of Gotra, in the Municipality of Albareto (Parma). The festival, organized by the Gotra Committee, was part of the rich calendar of tortellata events that liven up the Parma region around June 24th, featuring music, good food, and the hospitality of the small villages of Val Taro.
