The Bellombra Festival
The Saint James Festival is the festival of the hamlet of Bellombra, in the municipality of Adria (province of Rovigo). It is held every year around the end of July, coinciding with the feast of Saint James the Apostle (July 25th).
Between Gastronomy and Community
The festival offers food stalls with traditional dishes, music and dance evenings, and festive moments for all ages, in a popular format typical of village festivals in the Polesine region.
Organizers
The event is curated by the Circolo Sant'Eurosia Bell'Ombra in collaboration with the Parish of Bellombra, ASD Atletico Bellombra, and the Pro Loco of Adria, with the patronage of the Municipal Administration of Adria. It is one of the festivals that keep the identity of the hamlets in the Adria area alive.
