How it went in 2025
The 27th Sagra Sansilvestrese enlivened the San Silvestro hamlet of Sant'Agata de' Goti (Benevento) from Friday, August 8 to Sunday, August 10, 2025, with food stands operating from 8:00 PM under the large covered marquee equipped with parking.
As per tradition, the fresh pasta changed every night: cavatelli with tomato sauce on Friday, pacche e fagioli on Saturday, and tagliatelle «cu l'ove» on Sunday, accompanied by cured meats, stuffed peppers, grilled meats, porchetta, and homemade desserts. Live music featured Loca Dance with Jessyca Cice on August 8, Rochitos on the 9th, and Trementisti on the 10th.
The 2025 edition hosted the second edition of TrebbiArt, the event by the San Silvestro APS Association dedicated to the "magic of grain": on Friday the 8th, the vintage thresher was positioned in the village courtyard, and on Sunday it was put back into operation for the threshing re-enactment before the public. The program also included an exhibition of vintage agricultural tools, a performance by hair stylist Claudio Iannotta, verses by Sannio poet Domenico Truocchio, and the participatory "Mani in pasta" workshop. Proceeds from the stands were entirely donated to the Parish of San Silvestro Papa.
