Sagra Ijju Cerijje Festival

The Sagra Ijju Cerijje 2025 was held from August 17 to 19 in the center of Rocca di Cambio (AQ), organized by the Pro Loco with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of the Alpini and local associations.

Every evening, from 7:30 PM, the food stalls offered the signature dish — the arrosto di cerìjje, mutton cooked over turkey oak wood embers — along with sagnette, gnocchetti with beans, arrosticini, fried pizza, fries, and bruschetta, accompanied by wine, water, and draft Irish beer.

The three evenings were enlivened by live music with orchestras and folk groups, as well as craft markets, photo exhibitions, tasting workshops, and traditional games for children, confirming the festival as one of the most cherished summer events on the Altopiano delle Rocche.
