The last festival of 'Cologno in Festa'
The Sagra di San Giuliano is the last event of the 'Cologno in Festa' calendar, the season of festivals that runs through Cologno Monzese, in the province of Milan, from September to October. It takes place in the Pieve di San Giuliano neighbourhood, between via Risorgimento and via Pascoli, an area linked to the town's ancient parish church.
The educational farm and regional flavours
Alongside the market of hobbyists and artisans and the stands with regional flavours, the festival offers an educational farm with animals and rural scenes, particularly popular with families and children. There are also street artists, who liven up the streets with their performances.
A festival for everyone
As with the other festivals in the series, a shuttle train connects the festival to the Luna Park. The event is promoted by the Municipality of Cologno Monzese and is free to enter: a convivial way to say goodbye to the city's festival season.
