The Sagra di San Giovanni Battista is the festival of the hamlet of San Giovanni di Livenza, in Motta di Livenza, province of Treviso. For several days in June, the community comes together for a grand village festival that blends religious tradition, gastronomy, and live music.
The food stand
The heart of the festival is the rich food stand, open from the evening with table service: among the specialties are large steaks, grilled meats, cod, frogs, and fried calamari, accompanied by a well-stocked wine bar. An abundant and traditional cuisine that is one of the main attractions of the festival.
Concerts and tribute bands
The evenings are enlivened by concerts and tribute bands dedicated to some of the most beloved names in music: Queen, Coldplay, Pooh, and Zucchero, as well as Italian rock, folk music, and ballroom dancing. Among the events, a tribute to Coldplay with lights and videos recreating the concert atmosphere. The "Artigiani per la Via" initiative, featuring exhibitions and artisan creations, is also present.

The food stand, open from 7:00 PM with table service, offers steaks, grilled meats, cod, frogs, and fried calamari, accompanied by a wine bar. The evenings are enlivened by concerts and tribute bands dedicated to Queen, Coldplay, Pooh, and Zucchero, as well as Italian rock, folk music, and ballroom dancing. The "Artigiani per la Via" initiative and entertainment for children are also scheduled.
