Edition 2025 — Sagra dello Stoccafisso

In 2025, the Sagra dello Stoccafisso once again enlivened Badalucco in September, with stoccafisso alla badalucchese as the star of the food stands in the historic centre. The festival confirmed its role as a showcase for one of the most famous recipes in Ligurian cuisine, in the heart of the Valle Argentina in the Imperia hinterland.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra dello Stoccafisso renewed the grand festival dedicated to the village's signature dish in Badalucco. Stoccafisso alla badalucchese, cooked with potatoes, tomatoes, pine nuts, Taggiasca olives, and aromatic herbs, was served at the food stands set up in the streets of the historic centre. Amidst aromas and traditional flavours, the event attracted good food enthusiasts to the Valle Argentina, celebrating a recipe that has made the name of Badalucco famous throughout Liguria.
