Edition 2025 — Sagra delle Raviöre

In the summer of 2025, Montegrosso Pian Latte held its Sagra delle Raviöre, the festival of De.Co. fresh pasta with wild herbs. The Pro Loco's stalls offered raviöre in the traditional recipe, a symbol of the 'cucina bianca' of the Ligurian Alps, during an evening of celebration in the upper Arroscia Valley.

The 2025 edition confirmed the tradition of the Sagra delle Raviöre in Montegrosso Pian Latte. In July, the village came alive with the Pro Loco stalls dedicated to raviöre, the fresh pasta pockets filled with over twenty wild mountain herbs, a De.Co. product and an authentic expression of the 'cucina bianca' of transhumance.

Alongside the signature dish, other flavours of the valley's tradition were offered, in an evening of conviviality and music that reaffirmed raviöre as one of the rarest and most emblematic gastronomic treasures of the Imperia hinterland.

Programme

The festival took place over an evening in July with the opening of food stalls dedicated to raviöre and mountain cuisine dishes, accompanied by music.
