Edition 2025 — Sagra della Polenta di Carbonesca

In 2025, the Sagra della Polenta e Salsicce di Carbonesca celebrated its 50th edition, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the Pro Loco. Between late July and early August, approximately nine days of polenta, sausages, wine, music, theatre, and dancing animated the Eugubine hamlet, in a festive and communal atmosphere.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Polenta e Salsicce di Carbonesca had a special significance, coinciding with the 50th edition and the 50th anniversary of the Pro Loco Carbonesca. For about nine days, between late July and early August, the hamlet came alive with food stalls dedicated to polenta in all its variations and sausages.

The evenings alternated music, dancing, theatre, and cultural moments, confirming the strong link between the festival and the agricultural roots of the Alto Chiascio region and the community of Gubbio.
