The Sagra dell'Assunta, known as Saonara di Note, is the big mid-summer festival in Saonara (province of Padua). Linked to the mid-August Assumption holiday, the event presents itself with an ironic and original identity: it calls itself "the most original beer festival of the summer", a declared remedy against heat, rain, mosquitoes, and stress.
