XXVIII Sagra del Tartufo Re — August 8-12, 2025

From August 8 to 12, 2025, Torrebruna (CH) hosted the twenty-eighth edition of the Sagra del Tartufo Re, organized by the Associazione Ecologica Corvara. Every evening, starting at 7:00 PM, the food stalls in Piazza Caduti sul Lavoro served the festival's signature dishes: truffle bruschetta, ravioli and tagliatelle, spelt risotto with porcini mushrooms, veal roast, pork medallions, grilled cheese, and truffle ricotta, accompanied by Abruzzo DOC wines and a popular children's menu.

The evenings were animated by live music and a market of local products, including goat cheeses, pecorino, caciocavallo, ventricina, and artisanal liqueurs. Among the highlights of the edition was the Truffle Experience "Alla Ricerca del Re" with local truffle hunters and the final lottery. Lunch was available on a dedicated day by reservation only, confirming the strong appeal of an event that welcomes over a thousand visitors each evening.

Evening structure (August 8-12, 2025)

• Every evening from 7:00 PM — opening of food stalls in Piazza Caduti sul Lavoro with table service
• Menu featuring summer black truffle: truffle bruschetta, ravioli, tagliatelle, spelt risotto with porcini, veal roast, pork medallions, grilled cheese, truffle ricotta, desserts, and DOC wines (children's menu available)
• Live music in the streets of the historic center
• Market of local products: goat cheeses, pecorino, caciocavallo, ventricina, artisanal liqueurs
• "Alla Ricerca del Re" — Truffle Experience with local truffle hunters in the truffle grounds
• Lunch by reservation on a dedicated day (Thursday, August 10)
• Lottery with prize drawing at the end of the festival
