Sagra del Tartufo e dei Prodotti Tipici Perugini

The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Tartufo e dei Prodotti Tipici Perugini was held in the green area of Ripa, a hamlet of Perugia, offering the usual ten-evening program. The stars were the truffle dishes — tagliatelle, gnocchi, and trofie with truffle, truffle morsels, and truffle burgers — accompanied by grilled meats and specialties from the Perugian territory.
