Edition 2025 — Sagra del Jambon
The Sagra del Jambon alla Brace 2025, in its 45th edition, was held from August 1 to 3 at the Prenoud sports area in Saint-Oyen, organized by the Pro Loco. The star was the jambon alla brace, the first and only cooked ham produced in Valle d'Aosta: brined with salt, spices, and honey, 24 hours of steaming, and roasted on a spit in a wood-fired oven with local gluten-free craft beer, served with polenta, green beans, or boiled potatoes. The jambon could be enjoyed in the gastronomic pavilion and in the town's restaurants—including Nouveau Foyer, La Meison de la Polenta-Ristorante Chez Felice, Camping Pineta, La Brasserie du St-Bernard, and Vecchio Mulino. Completing the festival were entertainment for adults and children organized by the cooperative Le Dolì and a padel tournament, in the heart of the Gran San Bernardo valley, Valle d'Aosta Region.
