Sagra dei Fiuriddi e Ruspitieddi

The 2025 edition

From 5 to 8 August 2025, the Sagra dei Fiuriddi e Ruspitieddi returned to the alder woods next to the sports ground in Montano Antilia, at around 700 metres above sea level, in the heart of Cilento National Park. That year too, the event was organised by the "M. Cavallo" Onlus Association under the patronage of the town council.

The menu confirmed the approach of previous editions: the fiuriddi, courgette flowers served fried, stuffed, in batter, baked or grilled, and the ruspitieddi, the small fried treats typical of Cilento tables, alongside fusilli and cavatelli, sausage with potatoes, aubergine parmigiana, soffritto, seasonal side dishes, homemade bread, local cheeses, traditional sweets and Cilento wine.

As is customary, the evenings combined the food offering with live music, with the sports ground's ample free parking serving visitors who came even from the coast.
