The Sagra Comunale di Concamarise is the village festival of Concamarise, a municipality in the Bassa Veronese area, province of Verona. It takes place at the end of May and beginning of June in the Area Verde della Pro Loco (Pro Loco Green Area), on via Lucio Battisti, and offers a tried-and-tested formula of good food and evening musical entertainment.
Gastronomy and conviviality
Every evening, the aperitivo in the garden opens at 5:30 PM, while the food stalls with typical Veronese cuisine welcome visitors from 8:00 PM. It's an opportunity to savour the traditional peasant dishes of the region in a friendly and convivial atmosphere.
Music and dancing every evening
The musical programme ranges across genres and atmospheres: ballroom music and hits from the 80s/90s/2000s, Latin music with dance schools, country and line dancing, danceable pop. The shows, with free admission, make the sagra a meeting point for the entire community and for the nearby towns in the Veronese plain.
Peasant culture
During the sagra, you can visit the museum Casa Contadina (Peasant House) at via Capitello 47, which preserves the memory of rural life in Concamarise, completing the offering with a cultural and identity dimension.
Sagra di Concamarise — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Sagra Comunale di Concamarise animates the Pro Loco Green Area (via Lucio Battisti) from May 30th to June 2nd. Every evening, aperitivo in the garden from 5:30 PM, food stalls with typical Veronese cuisine from 8:00 PM, and free musical shows from 9:00 PM. The AIDO stand and a historical photo exhibition will be present; the Casa Contadina museum can be visited on June 1st and 2nd from 4:00 PM.
