The Antica Sagra di Presina is the traditional festival of the hamlet of Presina, in the Municipality of Albaredo d'Adige, in the province of Verona. It takes place between late May and the first few days of June and is one of the most cherished events for the local community, organised by the Comitato Amici di Presina (Friends of Presina Committee) together with the parish.
Food and conviviality
Along Via Presina, the food stand opens every evening with traditional dishes: wood-fired pizza, grilled meats, first courses, and specialities of the Bassa Veronese. The evenings are accompanied by music and dancing, with a festive atmosphere that draws families from all over the area.
Charity raffle and motorcycle rally
Among the most characteristic moments are the rich charity raffle and the traditional motorcycle rally, with a parade of historic and contemporary motorcycles, the blessing of the bikes, a solemn Mass, and a social lunch.
