RUFA Culture Fest

The RUFA Culture Fest 2026 animated the Libetta Campus of the Rome University of Fine Arts from June 15 to 19, 2026, with a widespread exhibition route and a rich program of events spanning art, design, cinema, fashion, and new digital languages. Admission was free and open to the public, with reservations required only for workshops.

The first edition of the RUFA Culture Fest unfolded from June 15 to 19, 2026, with an exhibition route spread throughout the Libetta Campus, accompanied by talks, workshops, and performances.

• Monday, June 15 (5:30 PM - 9:00 PM) — Inauguration of major exhibitions and opening of the route; in the evening, the 'Sound Bath' workshop.
• Tuesday, June 16 (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM) — Talk 'LOG-OUT: four comics to escape… creatively!', a project born from the collaboration with the Rebibbia prison, in the Aula Magna.
• Wednesday, June 17 (until 11:00 PM) — Evening dedicated to fashion with the dance performance 'Buio Pesto', DJ sets, and live concert.
• Thursday, June 18 (5:30 PM - 7:00 PM) — International talk 'How Artists Create: The Hidden Structure of Visual Imagination' by Mindful RUFA, featuring research conducted with the National University of Singapore and Harvard Medical School; followed by the 'Linocut Print Yourself' workshop.
• Friday, June 19 (from 6:30 PM) — Tribute to Claudio Coccoluto and the historic Goa Club, a collective experience of memory, sound, and community.

• The widespread exhibitions: Game + Design, Graphic Design 'Visions of Tomorrow', Visual and Innovation Design 'Tracks of Freedom', Multimedia Design and Creative AI 'Coppelia Re_Framed', Visual Arts 'Tricksters', Fashion + Comics + Set Design 'Re-Circular Roma', and the winners of RUFA On Screen.
• The tribute to Claudio Coccoluto and the Goa Club, a temple of Roman musical avant-garde for over twenty-six years, in the Via Libetta spaces.
• The 'LOG-OUT' talk born from the comic book project with the Rebibbia prison.
• Immersive installations, virtual and augmented reality experiences, and student prototypes.

Getting there

The RUFA Libetta Campus is located at Via Giuseppe Libetta 7, in Rome's Ostiense district. By metro: Line B, Garbatella stop. By train: Roma Ostiense station, just a few minutes' walk away. The area is well-served by buses and is located near the city center.

Hours and admission

Admission is free and open to the public. The exhibitions and the exhibition route can be visited in the late afternoon and evening. Reservations are required only for free workshops, which have limited seating.
