The festival's gastronomic heart is entrusted to ten food corners offering street food and 100% plant-based dishes, ranging from casual bites to more refined culinary proposals. Alongside the dining options, a large market brings together over one hundred artisans from all over Italy, with creations and products that tell stories of sustainability, ethics, and innovation. The program is rounded out by talks, debates, guest speakers, show cooking, and live concerts, in a continuous blend of taste, information, and entertainment.

During the event, fundraisers for animal shelters are organized, reflecting the spirit of solidarity that accompanies every edition. The event is promoted by the Anima Verde association, which is active in promoting spirituality, traditions, nature conservation, well-being, and vegan culture.
