Edition 2025 — Roman Trade Day
The 2025 edition
The edition took place on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the MIMIT headquarters on Via Vittorio Veneto in Rome, thanks to the collaboration between the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy and the Associazione Botteghe Romane.
The day was marked by thematic panels dedicated to Roman cuisine worldwide and technical issues of great concern to operators, such as the use of public space and license renewals. Speakers included, among others, the association's president Enrico Corcos, MIMIT chief of cabinet Federico Eichberg, Senator Maurizio Gasparri — who urged the approval of legislation to protect historic businesses by January 2026 — the secretary-general of Assocamerestero Domenico Mauriello, and the First Municipality councilor Sergio Grazioli.
Topics covered included: urban safety, agri-food promotion and Made in Italy, public area trade, and the bicentenary of the modern Roman osteria (1825-2025). The evening concluded with a convivial moment dedicated to the aromas and flavors of Roman excellence.
