The congress follows the format of major international festivals: four dedicated music rooms run in parallel, allowing dancers to choose between kizomba, bachata, salsa, or semba at any time. Evening social sessions are complemented by workshops for all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers, led by national and international artists. The event also features convivial moments by the hotel pool, with daytime pool parties that have become a signature of the festival.

The headquarters is the Hotel Cristoforo Colombo, located along the major thoroughfare of Via Cristoforo Colombo in the Eur district, south of Rome. The venue offers over a thousand square meters of parquet-floored halls, ideal for dancing, as well as a pool and common areas. Its location, well-connected by public transport and the metro, allows guests to easily balance dance sessions with sightseeing in the Capital.
