Edition 2025 — Risotto Days
The 2025 edition of the Rice Week, the second after the success of 2024, took place in Vercelli from February 14 to 20. The Risotto Days, from February 14 to 16, brought to the table fixed-price menus with risotto as the star in about thirty local restaurants, with the novelty of the Rice Sommeliers of the Quality Piedmontese Rice Road present in the venues.
From February 14 to 20, a calendar of guided tours led visitors to the places of rice production and marketing: from the Commodity Exchange in Piazza Zumaglini to the Mundi Riso rice mill, up to the Museo Borgogna. The Mundi Riso rice mill played a leading role with two days, Tuesday, February 18 and Wednesday, February 19, of visits open to the public to discover the secrets of cereal processing.
