RESISTI!, Molise's Alternative April 25th
In Montenero di Bisaccia, in the province of Campobasso, the Alternative Musiclub in contrada Ulivetella has been a reference point for the alternative music scene in lower Molise for years. Every April 25th, on Liberation Day, RESISTI! takes place: a festival that combines music, art, words, and social commitment.
Feast, Memory, and Commitment
The event, held in the afternoon and free to enter, aims to be a celebration, a commemoration, and a statement of position. Bands and musical projects of different genres and generations take turns on stage, while space is given to collectives and movements that have built social and cultural networks in the area over the years. RESISTI! reaffirms its popular and militant nature with each edition, offering an open stage to those who use culture as a tool for freedom.
A Growing Network
A community of associations, clubs, and collectives from the area revolves around the festival, making the Alternative Musiclub a hub for music and active citizenship, in contrast to large commercial events.
RESISTI! — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of RESISTI! took place on April 25th, from 3:00 PM, at the Alternative Musiclub in contrada Ulivetella, Montenero di Bisaccia, with free admission. The musical lineup brought together Quello Giallo, Marinella & Rebecca Spinella, Juan Loco, and Proletari Per Caso, in a program that mixed genres and generations. Ample space was given to local collectives and movements, including the Circolo Popolare Fotografia, Casa del Popolo "La Conviviale", Collettivo Malamend3, Malarazza 66051, and Fucina CSI.

How to get there
Montenero di Bisaccia can be reached by car from the Vasto Sud-San Salvo exit of the A14 motorway. The Alternative Musiclub is located in contrada Ulivetella, in the countryside around the town.
