Edition 2025 — Rendena Cattle
In 2025, the Caderzone Terme stage saw the relocation of the Cheese Competition from Pinzolo to Palazzo Lodron Bertelli for the first time. Nine dairies from Trentino, Veneto, and Lombardy presented 21 cheeses, evaluated by the ONAF commission chaired by Giampaolo Gaiarin, who for the first time provided each participant with an evaluation sheet.
Awards in the four aging categories went to Maso Pan (fresh, up to 30 days), Biobiò (30-90 days), Fattoria Antica Rendena (3-12 months), and Spressa DOP delle Giudicarie (over 12 months). The day was enriched by a live cooking demonstration featuring risotto creamed with Rendena breed cheeses, confirming the gastronomic value of this mountain dairy production.
