Edition 2025 — Red Gold White Gold

The 2025 edition of Red Gold White Gold took place in Nubia (Paceco) from Friday, September 12 to Sunday, September 14, 2025. Three days of performances, culture, and traditions dedicated to Red Garlic and Salt, featuring the Salt Race, biodiversity conferences, cooking shows, and cooking competitions, organized by the Pro Loco of Nubia APS with the patronage of the Municipality of Paceco.

The 2025 edition of Red Gold White Gold brought the village of Nubia, a hamlet of Paceco, to life from September 12 to 14, 2025. On Friday, the festival kicked off with the Sud Street Band and the "Salt Race" run, organized by Asd Atletica Sprint. Saturday featured the conference "Nubia, heart of biodiversity: from Red Garlic to the candidacy of the Salt Pans as a UNESCO MaB Biosphere Reserve," followed by cooking shows, children's entertainment, the singing competition "Lasciatemi Cantare Senior," and a performance by the Alma Dance Studio. On Sunday, the amateur cooking challenge "Treasures of Nubia," presided over by chef Peppe Giuffrè, took place, followed by the musical show "I 40 che Ballano 90." The event, with free admission, celebrated the local Slow Food Presidia in the heart of the Municipality of Paceco, in the province of Trapani.
