Edition 2025 — Ravioliamo

The third edition of Ravioliamo took place on Sunday, May 11, 2025, in Forano, in the province of Rieti, with the Via del Passeggio stalls opening at 12:30 PM. The Comitato delle Feste Agostane offered handmade ravioli in three variations, from the classic meat version with tomato and basil to more creative ones with ricotta and mascarpone or potato and sausage. Lunch was accompanied by live music from the Nice and Easy band.

Ravioliamo 2025, the third edition

On Sunday, May 11, 2025, the center of Forano, in the Lower Sabina area of Rieti, hosted the third edition of Ravioliamo. From 12:30 PM, the stalls set up on Via del Passeggio by the Comitato delle Feste Agostane served hand-rolled egg pasta in the three versions that now characterize the event.

  • Meat ravioli with tomato and basil;
  • Creamy ricotta and mascarpone ravioli with sausage, cherry tomatoes, and crumble;
  • Potato and sausage ravioli with peas and crispy guanciale.

Lunch was accompanied by live music from Nice and Easy, in a day that drew families and visitors from neighboring municipalities in the Rieti province and the Rome area to the village. The edition confirmed the simple and artisanal formula chosen by the committee: a few dishes, all prepared by volunteers, and outdoor tables in the heart of the village.
